Quilted around a repurposed glass bottle, my vases are an environmentally-friendly way to use my batting scraps from binding my quilts. They grew out of my work during my artist’s residency with the Artservancy, and the Double Happiness Project with oQamoQa in Seoul, South Korea. Decorative and sculptural, they can also hold water and a single-stem flower.
