This quilt is a love letter to myself, and the first iteration of my Love Letter pattern on Creativebug. A chair for the beloved. The hand of the maker/lover. A Sagittarius. Tools, skills, and traits—I can be “like a dog with a bone”! Geography (Lake Michigan), an artifact (a polkadot skirt & green shirt), food (a sfogliatella pastry), something old (a sprouting plant I embroidered in 2013), & contemplative stitching sewn while wishing every good thing.
