Quilted around a repurposed glass bottle, my vases are an environmentally-friendly way to use my scraps from binding my quilts. They grew out of my work during my artist’s residency with the Artservancy. Decorative and sculptural, they can also hold water and a single-stem flower.
This vase was named for my friend Amanda Nadig, who had the wonderful idea to title these vases with human names in our Instagram ‘live’ together.
