This zine isn’t intended to replace medical care, or the care of an occupational therapist, but it could provide some helpful conversation starters with those professionals!

It is based on my experience as a quilter, my certification as a yoga therapist, and my experience working with my own occupational therapist for a temporary (phew!) hand condition. The zine contains helpful exercises, care routines, and tips on hand posture while sewing. It is a single page, hand written JPEG for you to print, fold, and read.
