30-Day Hand Yoga Challenge

Welcome to the 30-Day Hand Yoga Challenge! Please remember to listen to you body throughout, and know that yoga should never hurt- be gentle with your hands, and with the pacing. There are 8 hand yoga videos in this challenge total. The videos focus on gentle movements, circulation, rotations, and self massage. I suggest practicing them in the order described below, but you can also move through them at your leisure with this playlist on Youtube.
